Stack Bond Department Position
Primary functions in the stack bond department, joining various metal alloys via gas fired bonding and induction bonding processes. Other functions will include brushing, loading/unloading furnaces, base metal trimming and general material handling to support the Bonding Department. Additionally, all Alloy Holdings employees must support and live the company values:

Job Duties:
- Bonding – setting up, operating and maintaining machinery used to bond or join metal alloys
- Monitor machine operation to ensure consistent product quality
- Inspect finished product
- Base metal trimming
- Brushing
- Loading/unloading furnaces
- Material handling
- Support a safety culture by following all safety rules including reporting all incidents and near misses.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2-3 years experience in a manufacturing setting, preferably in metals
- Ability to read process sheets and prints
- Work with close tolerances
- Knowledge of using verniers, calipers and micrometers
- Working with quality control and data collection
- Lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to use material handling equipment with a 1,500 lb load
- Support a safety culture by following all safety rules including reporting all incidents and near misses.
