SUMMARYApplies thermal spray coatings to parts according to specifications, following process planning. He/she may also perform support operations that may include any, some, or all of the support tasks such as Mask/Deburr, Grit Blast/Glass Bead, Cleanup/Unmask, Ship/Receive, Inspect and Part Marking.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES- Apply the required coating materials to parts in accordance with process planning.
- Perform basic preventive maintenance on spray and material feed equipment.
- Follow work instructions from applicable process planning (technical plans, drawings, planning, or procedures).
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
- Ability to work 2nd shift hours.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Experience in manufacturing a plus. Training will be provided.
- Mathematical Skills - Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- Must be a U.S. Person due to ITAR and the company's export control procedures.
