Location: Providence, RI
Pay Rate: $23.00 – $26.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 1st Shift – Monday – Thursday (6:00 AM – 4:30 PM) Fridays OT
- 2nd Shift – Monday – Thursday (4:30 PM – 1:30 AM) + Fridays (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM)

Job Duties- Set up, operate, and monitor annealing furnaces to heat-treat metal products according to production specifications.
- Manage and maintain operation of up to four furnaces simultaneously, ensuring consistent output and quality.
- Load and unload materials safely and efficiently into furnaces.
- Set and adjust furnace temperature, timing, and cycle controls based on documented procedures and requirements.
- Follow established processes for the production and treatment of various metal alloys.
- Inspect finished materials to verify conformance to required physical and mechanical properties.
- Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting of furnace equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Maintain accurate production records and documentation as required.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and proactively support a culture of safety, including reporting incidents and near misses.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.
- Demonstrate core values in all interactions and responsibilities.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support production needs.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training preferred
- Prior experience operating annealing furnaces or similar heat-treatment equipment strongly preferred
- Understanding of metal properties, heat-treating processes, and alloy handling is a plus
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to monitor and adjust equipment settings
- Ability to read and follow detailed work instructions and production documentation
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and processes simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
