Associate Marketing Specialist

• In partnership with the team, executes and manages marketing campaigns to drive profitable customer engagement through a variety of marketing channels in support of strategy and success metrics. Includes campaign tactics for digital, direct marketing and external media
• Communicates key updates, edits, logistics and other relevant information to internal and external stakeholders.
• Assists with managing and trafficking all marketing jobs, ensuring timely and cost‑conscious project completion
• Tracks budget and campaign expenses
• Reports on campaign effectiveness. Escalates issues when they arise
• Seeks and provides information to help business lines understand customers, competitive sets, and trends. Other duties may be assigned

• High School Diploma required
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related field preferred
• 3-4 years of additional related experience preferred

• 1-3 years Marketing experience required
