• Executive Writing & Message Development – Transform strategic messaging into engaging content for diverse audiences and leadership styles. Produce high‑quality executive communications related to AI and technology initiatives, including talking points, speeches, internal announcements, and updates. Ensure messaging is accurate, clear, and consistent across all communications. Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, refining communications for tone, structure, and impact.
• Campaign Strategy & Execution – Implement communication plans for AI and technology initiatives, ensuring timely delivery of key messages. Develop core messaging, FAQs, and supporting content in line with Consulting strategies. Simplify complex technical topics into digestible communications for all employees. Support efforts to drive adoption by reinforcing key messages through various channels.
• Editorial Excellence & Quality Control – Review AI and technology communications for alignment with Consulting priorities and brand standards. Maintain high standards of quality, consistency, and message discipline. Adapt messaging to reflect ongoing priorities and feedback from leadership.
• Measurement & Continuous Improvement – Track engagement and feedback on communications related to AI and technology. Work with team members to integrate insights into upcoming content development. Identify opportunities to enhance message clarity and resonance.
• Stakeholder Partnership – Collaborate with the Consulting Communications Leader to ensure alignment on messaging and priorities. Coordinate with the Digital Platforms Associate Director for content optimization on appropriate channels. Engage with Consulting communicators and BMC stakeholders for consistency and alignment.

• 10‑12 years of experience in executive or internal communications.
• Outstanding writing and storytelling capabilities.
• Robust experience in executive communications.
• Expertise in simplifying complex technical information.
• Strong editorial judgment and keen attention to detail.
• Comfortable working directly with senior leadership.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• High level of discretion and professionalism.
• A bachelor's degree (required); advanced degree preferred.
• Experience assisting senior leaders in complex organizations, delivering high‑quality executive materials under tight deadlines.
• Experience in AI or digital transformation initiatives.
• Understanding of change management principles.
• Knowledge of professional services business environments.

We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package, rewarding you for your performance and recognizing your contributions. Base salary ranges from $130,500 to $251,200, varying by location, with specific ranges for New York City Metro Area, Washington State, and parts of California. We embrace a hybrid work model and provide a flexible vacation policy, designated paid holidays, and time off for family care and other needs.
