Oncology Nurse Navigator — Patient Advocacy & Care Coordination

Care New England Health System is seeking a part-time Nurse Navigator for the Oncology department in Providence, RI. This role involves advocating for patients, facilitating care coordination, and providing expert nursing care. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, at least 5 years of nursing experience, and current RN licensure in Rhode Island. Nurse Navigator experience and CPR certification are preferred.
