Butler Hospital is a leading behavioral health hospital seeking enthusiastic Assistant Nurse Managers. In this role, you will work collaboratively with nursing leadership to ensure the highest level of patient care, oversee daily operations, assist with staff management, and contribute to the success of our organization.

• Conduct regular patient rounds and collaborate with nursing staff to ensure highest quality of care
• Foster a positive work environment and assist with team‑building initiatives
• Participate in staff training and development programs
• Review nursing documentation to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and hospital policies
• Address and resolve any patient care concerns or complaints
• Provide leadership in a high‑paced working environment primarily in the evening shift

• BSN required
• Current RN license with psychiatric nursing experience; experience in management preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills

Full‑time position, Monday through Friday with some flexibility around hours and every third rotating weekend; some flexibility with hours on the weekend rotation.
