Job Summary:

• Assist the Director of Nursing with clinical functions of the facility, including reviewing documentation, conducting rounds with physicians, and participating in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives.
• Manage staff, including assigning shifts, conducting performance evaluations, and providing coaching and mentoring to ensure exceptional care delivery.
• Hold in-services and training sessions to educate staff on new procedures, policies, and best practices.
• Assist with staffing, including scheduling and recruiting nurses and other healthcare professionals.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and coordinated care experience for our residents.
• Focus on quality assurance and performance improvement, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to enhance the quality of care.

• RN Preferred
• License in good standing in the state of RI
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with physicians, residents, and family members
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail and organizational skills
• Commitment to delivering exceptional care and services, with a focus on quality and patient satisfaction
