A respected Federally Qualified Health Center is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join its outpatient primary care team in Providence. The Family Nurse Practitioner will provide comprehensive primary care services to patients across the lifespan in a collaborative outpatient setting. You’ll work alongside physicians and clinical support staff in a mission-driven environment focused on whole-person care.

• Salary: $135,000–$140,000

• Provide primary care services for pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions
• Perform wellness exams and preventive care visits
• Manage treatment plans and coordinate referrals
  
  Maintain thorough EMR documentation
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to improve patient outcomes

• Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) required
• Active or eligible Rhode Island NP license
• DEA certification or ability to obtain
• Experience in primary care, family medicine, or community health preferred
