We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our nursing leadership team.

Position

Summary

The RN Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily clinical operations of assigned nursing units, ensuring the delivery of high-quality resident care, regulatory compliance, and staff support. This role serves as a clinical leader, mentor, and resource for nursing staff while promoting a positive resident and employee experience.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and support nursing staff during assigned shifts
  • Ensure residents receive quality care in accordance with physician orders, facility policies, and regulatory requirements
  • Monitor clinical documentation for accuracy and completeness
  • Respond to resident, family, and staff concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges as needed
  • Conduct rounds and assess resident conditions
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate resident care
  • Participate in performance improvement and quality assurance initiatives
  • Serve as a resource and mentor to nurses and nursing assistants
Qualifications
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing (RI License or Compact)
  • Long‑term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
  • Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred
  • Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment
  • Commitment to providing compassionate, resident‑centered care
