Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Provide care for residents of our Skilled Unit (SNF) and Long Term Care Unit.
Job
Responsibilities include:
- Medication Administration, including IVs.
- Taking and recording vital signs.
- Providing resident care and treatments with monitoring of outcomes.
- Providing resident and family education.
- Communicating with physicians, NPs, families, and other health care professionals.
- Supervising CNAs.
- Current License-LPN.
- Salary:
Up to $43 an hour.
