Athena Hospice of Rhode Island is searching for a part-time RN Case Manager to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and directing the hospice care plan for assigned patients under the clinical director’s guidance.
You will complete comprehensive assessments, supervise hospice aides, and provide professional nursing care. This position offers a competitive hourly pay range of $45 to $50 and requires traveling throughout Rhode Island.
