Registered Nurse; RN

Overview

Signature HealthCARE is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team in delivering high-quality, resident-centered care.

As an RN with Signature HealthCARE, you will play a vital role in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the nursing care needs of residents and patients in collaboration with an interdisciplinary care team. You will perform comprehensive patient assessments, administer medications and treatments, monitor vital signs and clinical status, and provide skilled nursing interventions in accordance with physician orders and established clinical standards.

Using sound clinical judgment, you will respond promptly to changes in condition, document accurately in the Electronic Health Record, and ensure that all care aligns with regulatory requirements and best practices in infection control and patient safety.

• Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, therapists, social workers, and nursing assistants to develop and update individualized care plans that honor resident preferences and support their highest level of functioning and quality of life.
• Provide education and clear communication to residents and their families, helping them understand diagnoses, medications, and ongoing care needs, while advocating for resident rights and dignity.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, staff huddles, and performance reviews of clinical processes, sharing ideas to improve outcomes and enhance the patient and family experience.
• Mentor and support nursing assistants and new staff, fostering a collaborative, respectful environment that reflects a commitment to cultural enrichment and community well-being.
• Manage multiple patient needs in a dynamic environment with strong clinical skills, attention to detail, time management, and prioritization.

• Current RN license in good standing.
• Passion for person-centered care and meaningful contribution to healthcare improvement.
• Ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary team.
