RN – NICU – Neonatal Intensive Care (Travel)
Location: Providence, Rhode Island
Contract: 14 weeks, 12‑hour shifts, 36 hours per week, starting ASAP.
Compensation: Approximately $12,700/month gross. Pay package is based on confirmed shifts/hours and may include taxable and tax-free components.
QualificationsRegistered Nurse with 2+ years of experience in neonatal intensive care.
Job Responsibilities- Support safe transitions of care, including handoffs and care plan updates.
- Perform focused reassessments and escalates concerns through appropriate clinical channels.
- Coordinate patient care activities with physicians and other clinical team members.
- Assess patient status and respond to changes using established clinical protocols.
- Guaranteed pay; no canceled shifts.
- Premium overtime: 2× hourly rate for overtime on travel assignments.
- Weekly pay for financial flexibility.
