• Conduct regular patient rounds and collaborate with nursing staff to ensure highest quality of care
• Foster a positive work environment and assist with team‑building initiatives
• Participate in staff training and development programs
• Review nursing documentation to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and hospital policies
• Address and resolve any patient care concerns or complaints
• Provide leadership in a high‑paced working environment primarily on the evening shift

• BSN required
• Current RN license with psychiatric nursing experience and with some experience in management preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills

Part‑time position, 32/40 hours per week, schedule Monday through Friday 2 p‑10:30 p — with some flexibility around hours and every 3rd rotating weekend with a day off the week before and after the weekend rotation. Some flexibility with hours on the weekend rotation.
