Assignment DatesExpected start dates as early as 08/23/2026 (timing varies by location) through approximately 12/01/2026, with the possibility of extending through the end of the year. This is a temporary assignment with opportunity to extend, convert to permanent employment based on business needs, or be invited back for future annual vaccination seasons.
SchedulePRN/Flexible Scheduling Must be available a minimum of 3 days per week, Monday through Sunday, between 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM. No exceptions. Candidates create their own schedule by selecting the days they are available each week within the required schedule parameters. Shift hours are 10:00 AM – 7:30 PM
Position SummaryThe Registered Nurse will administer a variety of immunizations including Influenza, COVID-19, MMR, and other vaccines in a retail healthcare setting. PPE is provided. Nurses will provide safe, efficient patient care while delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining accurate documentation.
Responsibilities- Administer all required vaccines in accordance with established protocols
- Educate patients regarding vaccines and answer questions
- Maintain accurate patient documentation
- Professionally interact with patients and healthcare professionals
- Display empathy and compassion toward patients, caregivers, and team members
- Adapt to changing patient volumes and workflow
- Collaborate with team members to promote a positive healthcare environment
- Motivate and support fellow staff members
- Assist in achieving clinic performance goals
- Apply clinical knowledge to improve patient outcomes
- Follow all safety, infection control, and documentation requirements
- Candidate MUST be flexible with work hours
- Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse license in the state where you will be working
- Minimum of one (1) year of nursing experience, including immunizations
- Previous vaccination experience preferred
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability and willingness to administer all vaccines
- Must not be listed on the DEA Excluded Parties List
- Verifiable High School Diploma or GED required
Active RN license in a U.S. state, territory, commonwealth, or the District of Columbia
Minimum one year of related nursing experience including immunizations and quality patient care
