I’m reaching out regarding a contract RN Operating Room opportunity in Providence, Rhode Island
. This is a 90-day contract position supporting perioperative/OB surgical services.

The schedule is 3 × 12-hour night shifts per week, 7:00 PM–7:30 AM
, with 36 hours per week.

• Active RN license or applicable Compact RN license
• Current AHA BLS certification
• 1–2+ years of recent OB/Perioperative OR experience
• Hands-on experience with C-sections
• Experience with D&C procedures
• Experience with PPTL/postpartum tubal ligation
• Experience with D&E procedures
• Strong knowledge of sterile technique and perioperative patient care
• Experience preparing patients for surgery and assisting surgical teams
• Ability to provide pre-operative and post-operative patient care
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Flu vaccination required
• COVID-19 vaccination required; no exemptions
• CNOR certification is preferred

• Nursing education leading to an active RN license is required.
