Overnight Pet Sitter

Position Overview

Furry Fellas Pet Service LLC is hiring an experienced pet care professional for overnight pet sitting. The role requires availability as needed for overnight shifts from 8pm through 5am (9‑hour). The minimum time requirement is 9 hours; you can stay later if desired. Ideal candidates are local to Providence/Cranston/Warwick or within a 20+ minute radius.

We are also hiring for separate daytime and evening/weekend positions.

You love dogs and/or cats, enjoy the outdoors (dog walking) and being active. You spend your free time volunteering with or being around animals.

You have experience with dogs of various sizes and energy levels and/or experience with cats or other small animals. You have reliable transportation, own a smartphone, can work well independently, and possess good communication/customer service skills.

You desire a flexible schedule, love to learn, and want to be part of something bigger and make a difference in others’ lives. You are seeking part‑time work or supplemental income.

Occasional overnights from 8pm through 5am (9‑hour). You’re welcome to stay later if you like. This is our minimum time requirement. Position will start slowly, part‑time, and gradually increase.

• Visit client homes to care for their companions while they are at work or on vacation.
• Walk, exercise dogs, provide bathroom breaks, and give love & attention. May also include feeding, medicating, providing fresh water, cleaning up after animals, litter boxes, etc.
• Leave a note for clients after each visit so they know how the visit went.

$135 - $155 per night plus tips.
