Are you a Quality Engineer, looking to take the next step in your career and become a Quality Manager, where you will take ownership of Quality Initiatives across multiple sites, and progress into Directorship in the future?

On offer is the opportunity to progress into management and receive full leadership training directly from the current Director of Quality. You will work closely with senior leadership, making decisions that will drive improvements across key areas of the business.

This company are a specialist manufacturer serving a diverse range of industries, they are currently experiencing strong growth across the US. With consistent expansion and investment in their operations, they are focused on building a robust and scalable Quality function to support this next phase.

On offer is the chance to step into a leadership role where you will work cross-functionally to support Quality initiatives. You will lead internal and external audits, oversee AS9100D compliance, manage customer quality matters, and develop your team while aligning improvements with the company's culture and ways of working.

This role would suit a Quality Engineer from an electronics background, looking to step into Management, and have a hands-on approach to improvement and implementing change in a collaborative and structured way.

The Role:

• Develop and implement the Quality Management System across two manufacturing sites
• Drive root cause, CAPA and continuous improvement across manufacturing
• Develop and elevate the Quality team
• Progress into Quality Director

The Candidate:

• Experience with AS9100D Standard
• Background in electronics or high-reliability manufacturing
• Audit leadership & corrective action ownership
• Ambition to progress toward Director-level responsibility
