Feast & Fettle is seeking a Food Safety & Quality Assurance (FSQA) Lead to join our Culinary Operations team. This is an onsite role based in East Providence, RI with a 6am - 2pm Sunday - Thursday work week.

The FSQA Lead is a senior leadership role responsible for establishing and maintaining a world‑class food safety culture across all operations. This Lead owns the full scope of the company’s food safety and quality systems: internal FSQA programs, supplier quality management, and the Food Safety Management System (FSMS). Reporting into Culinary Operations, this role is both strategic and hands‑on—driving compliance, continuous improvement, and a proactive culture of quality throughout each facility and supply chain.

What is Feast & Fettle?

Feast & Fettle is the fastest-growing meal delivery service in the Northeast—and that momentum comes from a team of smart, kind people who show up to build, not just keep up. We move with urgency, sweat the right details, and bring care to everything we touch.

What began in 2016 as a private chef’s side hustle has grown into a company serving thousands of households, with a mission that’s both simple and personal: to nourish everyday life. That mission shows up in every detail—from how we source ingredients and plan our weekly menus to the care in every delivery and the trust we build at our Members’ tables.

We care for our people the same way we care for our Members—with consistency, thoughtfulness, and a constant drive to raise the standard. We invest in our team because we know: when you’re supported, you do your best work—and help us do ours.

  • Partner with Procurement and Receiving to ensure supplier compliance requirements are embedded in purchasing decisions
Internal Quality Management System
  • Own the CAPA program: ensure all product issues, complaints, and non‑conformances are tracked, investigated, and closed with appropriate root cause analysis
  • Manage product complaints end‑to‑end—from intake through resolution—ensuring documented corrective actions and trend visibility
  • Develop and maintain the QMS documentation library: SOPs, work instructions, forms, and records in alignment with regulatory and certification requirements
  • Build and report on FSQA KPIs—including audit scores, CAPA close rates, complaint trends, and supplier performance—to senior leadership
