Key Responsibilities
  • Read and implement Banquet Event Orders weekly (BEO)
  • Support the F&B and Sales teams by assisting with guest needs and ensuring smooth operations.
  • Monitor the service area continuously to maintain quality guest service and comfort.
  • Possess comprehensive knowledge of all menu items, specials, beverages, wines, and related offerings.
  • Serve all food and beverages utilizing appropriate china, glassware, silverware, garnishes, and condiments.
  • Setup and breakdown of tables and event spaces.
  • Relay all guest complaints and compliments promptly to management for resolution.
  • Maintain health, sanitation, and safety standards in accordance with regulations.
  • Follow safe serve regulations when serving alcoholic beverages.
  • Manage all banquet set-up including meeting room design, moving tables and chairs, setting tables with linens, silverware, and glassware, ensuring high standards of presentation.
  • Support in breaking down events and cleaning rooms after functions.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in food and beverage service is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food service.
  • Strong attention to detail and presentation.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
