Catering Server - On-Call

Job Type: Contract

Pay Rate: $19.00/hourly

Hours: 20 - 25/weekly

Duration: December 2025 - May 2026

Location: Providence, RI

Job Description:

• Assisting with events in the Catering Department which includes primarily responsible for set up, service, breakdown and clean-up of functions or areas on campus.
• Gathering and delivers all food and supplies for catered functions to the scheduled locations.
• Cleans and packs unused food dishes, utensils, and equipment for safe removal to appropriate locations, handles trash and waste properly.
• Helping guests find what they need, while keeping all work areas looking clean and tidy.
• Following directions from a Brown Captain or Catering Staffing Company lead is a must.

Requirement:

• High School Diploma
• Prior catering or server experience.

Note:

• The selected may continue after summer/winter break based on business need and performance.
