Salary Range: $19.00 - $23.00 Hourly.

In the Sushi & Raw Bar Cook role, you will be responsible for preparing and executing raw seafood dishes, focusing on sashimi, tartares, sushi rolls, and other creative raw fish presentations. This role blends artistry, precision, and technical expertise to enhance our menu offerings and deliver exceptional dining experiences.

• Prepare sushi dishes, including rolls, sashimi, tartares, and nigiri, following established recipes and presentation standards.
• Shuck oysters and clams.
• Ensure the quality and freshness of all raw ingredients, especially seafood.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain smooth and efficient service operations.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety in the sushi and raw bar station and kitchen.
• Inspect and maintain sushi bar equipment, reporting any issues to management.
• Follow food safety and sanitation protocols to meet the highest hygiene standards.
• Engage with guests, delivering exceptional service and fostering memorable dining experiences.
• Work closely with the production team to ensure the sushi station is prepared for service.
• Produce sushi rice daily, ensuring proper preparation and quality.

• Must have a flexible schedule to work during days, nights, weekends, and some holidays as needed.
• Prior experience a plus but not required.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift and move 25-50 pounds.
