Annual pay ranges may fall between $16,640 - $45,000. You may also be offered a bonus, and other benefits.

General Position Summary
  • Produce sales gains by providing excellent customer service.
  • Meet or exceed company objectives in all individual statistics.
  • Document associate sales performance consistently; provide feedback on strengths and opportunities while aligning with company objectives.
  • Adhere to current visual guidelines, including proper merchandising, signage, and store cleanliness.
  • Maintain a professional appearance consistent with the company dress code policy.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
  • Produce sales gains by providing customer service.
  • Meet or exceed company objectives in all individual statistics.
  • Document associate sales performance consistently; provide feedback on strengths and opportunities while aligning with company objectives.
  • Maintain current visual guidelines, including proper merchandising, signage, and store cleanliness.
  • Maintain a professional appearance consistent with the dress code policy.
Control Expenses
  • Protect company assets within the guidelines of LIDS retail policies.
  • Assist in preparing store schedules that ensure proper coverage and remain within company wage control guidelines.
  • Follow all policies to accurately manage store inventory, including receiving, transferring, completing price changes, and conducting product counts.
  • Perform proper documentation and record‑keeping per LIDS retail policies as well as state and federal laws.
  • Open and close the store as required, following procedures per the Operations P&P manual.
  • Support and adhere to all LIDS policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Additional Principal Duties and Responsibilities
  • Participate in LIDS training programs, adhere to set goals for sales and tasks, and engage in regular follow‑up.
