About this positionAs a Service Lead/Keyholder you will oversee store operations, build teamwork and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities- Help drive store‑level financial and operational results by monitoring KPI targets and taking appropriate action to achieve goals.
- Keep your team focused on guest engagement, sampling and sharing product knowledge.
- Maximize overall performance of the team through product knowledge education, coaching sales skills, and leading by example.
- Assist in training, developing and motivating team members.
- Assist the Store Manager with paperwork, ordering and inventory management.
- Maintain visual and merchandising standards and ensure store cleanliness.
- Ensure that all policies, procedures and operational directives are enforced consistently and effectively by all team members.
- Be a champion of Lolli & Pops inside and outside of the store.
- Be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills: energized by working with guests and your team.
- A passion for meticulous quality: understanding that strong organization creates a highly efficient team.
- Bias towards action: able to lift and mobilize medium to large items up to 75 lbs using appropriate safety techniques, willing to roll up sleeves and do what it takes.

Pay range: 17 – 17 USD per hour (Providence Place Mall)
