Wow customers with exemplary service and train crew on the B.E.S.T. customer service experience to ensure fast, friendly checkouts;
Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure effective performance and customer service;
Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for quick placement on sales floor;
Act as Manager on Duty, handling store operations, staff management, and urgent issues;
Open or close the store, including securing cash, locking doors, setting alarms, and ensuring smooth daily operations
