Job Summary

We’re building a world of health around every individual – simplifying health care one person, one family, and one community at a time. The Shift Supervisor leads store staff in the absence of a manager, ensures smooth operations, and completes all opening and closing procedures.

• Work effectively with store management and store crews.
• Supervise the store’s crew through assigning, directing, and following up on all activities.
• Effectively communicate information both to and from store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems, and complaints; promote a positive shopping experience and maintain confidentiality.
• Price merchandise and stock shelves.
• Execute displays, signage, and inventory of weekly, promotional, and seasonal merchandise.
• Reset departments following Plans of Operations and Guidelines (POGs).

• Deductive reasoning, analytical skills, and computer proficiency.
• Advanced communication and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early morning, overnight, weekend shifts, overtime, and urgent store issues.
• Preferred:
  Experience as a retail supervisor.
• Preferred education:
  
  High School diploma or equivalent.

Anticipated weekly hours: ~29 hours.

Part‑time. Pay range: $18.00 – $27.00 per hour.
