- Drive store‑level financial and operational results by monitoring key performance indicators and taking appropriate action to achieve targets.
- Hire, train, develop and motivate team members; identify and develop future leaders.
- Lead excellent customer service through coaching, role‑modeling, and using feedback to improve service quality.
- Maximize sales performance through product knowledge education, coaching selling skills, and leading by example.
- Manage inventory, including ordering, receiving, stocking and conducting inventory counts.
- Maintain visual and merchandising standards and store cleanliness.
- Protect store assets, facilities and team members by ensuring adherence to operational guidelines, safety and security policies, proper functioning of equipment, and accurate financial transactions per the Cash Handling Policy.
- Maintain current and accurate business, legal, and personnel records, including payroll, labor responsibilities, timekeeping, and company communications.
- Develop marketing opportunities; partner with mall management on promotional events and programs.
- Work traditional retail hours at a high‑performing retail location.
- Champion Lolli & Pops inside and outside of the store.
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills; energized by working with guests and team.
- Bias toward action; an owner who rolls up sleeves to get the job done.
- Desire to coach and mentor; see potential in the team and grow that potential.
- Attention to detail; cleans, refines, and ensures accuracy in every facet.

- 1 year proven, results‑driven retail store manager experience helpful.
