Refreshments Operator II
Deliver outstanding customer service by ensuring products are stocked, equipment is operating and cleaned, and customers are informed about new offers.
CompensationHourly rate: $19.00 to $21.00.

Job Responsibilities- Unload and stock daily inventory at customer sites, monitoring date codes for freshness.
- Manage ordering, delivery, and stocking of items at client locations.
- Communicate with customer employees about new product interests.
- Use laptop to manage stocking PAR levels, product orders, and client invoicing.
- Perform repairs to the best of ability.
- Call in orders and service calls to head office.
- Distribute promotional materials and merchandise across the product line.
- Clean equipment and exchange decanters on each visit.
- Report to Route Sales Manager or General Manager regarding customer issues and competitor activity.
- Maintain positive relationships with customers to project a positive company image.
- 1-2 years of experience requiring interpersonal and customer service skills.
- High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
- Strong client interaction, communication, organization, and time-management skills.
- Ability to respond quickly to changing demands.
- Strong sense of urgency and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
- Ability to work efficiently and independently.
- Willingness to travel to other locations on short notice.
- Physical demands may include lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, walking, standing, and use of PPE.
