This position offers the opportunity to develop your skills in retail sales, floral artistry, and safe driving all while working in a supportive and energetic atmosphere.

• Assist customers in selecting flowers, plants, and related products by providing knowledgeable advice on floral design, gardening tips, and plant care.
• Operate delivery vehicles safely to transport flowers to customers or event locations, ensuring timely and secure deliveries.
• Maintain the store's cleanliness and organization.
• Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate deliveries, customer requests, and department needs to ensure a seamless shopping experience.

• Prior experience in floral design or gardening not required; training will be provided for the right candidate eager to learn.
• Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus.
• Knowledge of retail math, cash handling procedures, and POS systems enhances efficiency in sales transactions.
• Ability to operate a vehicle safely; valid driver's license and clean record required for delivery responsibilities.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in stocking, merchandising, and maintaining the floral displays.
• A positive attitude combined with strong customer service skills to create welcoming interactions that leave lasting impressions.
