• Prospect, qualify, and close new business within the assigned territory
• Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients
• Collaborate with estimating and project coordination teams to ensure margin discipline
• Track monthly sales performance and proactively manage the pipeline to hit $125K/month goal
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and contribute to forecasting efforts
