Position Summary
Entry Level B2B Sales Representative
We’re hiring a highly motivated Entry Level B2B Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. If you're enthusiastic, coachable, and eager to launch a career in sales, leadership, or account management, this is your opportunity. In this role, you'll meet directly with local small to mid-sized businesses, offer value-driven solutions, and build long-term partnerships that drive long-term client retention.
Responsibilities- Meet face-to-face with local business owners and decision-makers
- Deliver consultative product presentations and close deals
- Build and manage a personal book of business
- Analyze customer needs and market trends to identify opportunities
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity and pipeline progress
- Collaborate with team members to optimize the client experience
- Meet weekly and monthly sales goals with full support from leadership
- Demonstrate professionalism, strong communication, and follow-through
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Energetic, positive, and coachable attitude
- Self-starter with strong time management and organizational skills
- Comfortable working in a client-facing, performance-driven environment
- Reliable transportation recommended but not required
- Sales or customer service experience is a plus—but not required!

- Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8-hour shift
- Pay: $55,000–$75,000 annually (based on performance)
- Location: Hybrid — remote and in-person work in Providence, RI (02909)
