** What You’ll Do
** As our Inside Sales Representative, you’ll play a key role in delivering outstanding service by managing sales transactions, generating quotes, and supporting both customers and the Outside Sales team through strong relationship building and collaboration.
* ** Manage all customer sales transactions**, including in-person and phone orders, while delivering friendly, knowledgeable, and solution-focused service.
* ** Generate quotes and process stock and special orders**, leveraging product portals, competitive sourcing, and close collaboration with purchasing.
* ** Coordinate and communicate delivery schedules
** with customers and sales reps, ensuring documentation and changes are handled accurately and in compliance with company procedures.
* ** Utilize and maintain expertise in POS and software systems
** for order entry, inventory control, and product sourcing, ensuring timely and accurate processing of all transactions.
* ** Continuously build product knowledge
** to support upselling, substitutions, and competitive research, providing valuable insights to customers and the sales team.## Qualifications

High School Diploma

Experience:

Customer service experience required

Skills:

Immediate knowledge of MS Office and POS systems

Bonus Points:

Experience with Bis Track software is a plus
