Coordinates the organization, building, operations, and communication of AAA Travel products. Fosters relationships with Club Travel Sales Managers, Product Managers, Travel Agents, and vendors to ensure optimal levels of service. Collaborates with various teams to ensure successful operations of travel packages. Applies Five Diamond Service Standards while building relationships with peers, management, and vendors to ensure effective channels of communication.
What You Will Do- Maintains an optimal understanding of partner products and Club offerings, vendor relationships, and sales trends. Including keeping track of Partners promotions, providing Marketing with Partner promotion details to add to the MVP pages, updating Advisor Hub with partner promotions and keeping the page current, and creating agent reference guides (ARG) for AAA NE exclusive promotions. Obtain itinerary information, inclusions, and product pricing via Partner Portals.
Add selected product details with pricing Co-op grid from MVP page build out. - Audits travel products, prints vendor reports, and monitors sales activities. Coordinates any applicable vouchers for suppliers. Generates reports to summarize sales data, vendor data, and inventory as needed. Using Workfront, review proofs to verify Prices and availability via Partner Portals, update prices in MVP portal as needed, remove Sold Out dates from MVP portal.
- Maintains cruise groups by adding information to the Cruise Group Calendar as new groups are opened, send list of new groups to TST as groups are blocked, manage group email communications that are sent out to generic administrative inbox including updates that need to be sent to passengers, payment reminders, and itinerary changes.
- Assists management with special projects including process improvement activities designed to improve operational efficiency, maintenance, and update of the Softrip system. Communicates with vendors on operational updates needed. Assists with other partnership team support projects as needed.
- Evaluates periodic reports for management, summarizing sales data and revenue; make recommendations for changes if applicable.
- Keeps abreast of changing trends in the travel industry; attends training when needed.
- High School or GED required
- Associate's Degree preferred
- 1-3 years Travel Experience required
- 1-3 years Sales/Customer Service required
