Outside Sales - Gold & Precious Metal Refining

Job Summary

Pease & Curren is looking for an experienced Outside Sales professional to join our growing team. The role involves servicing current clients and developing new business across the United States, Canada and Mexico. Travel is required (approximately 2 weeks per month). We offer a 100,000 base salary, commissions (average 25k–30k), 2+ weeks PTO, health plan and 401(k).

• Meet with business owners and corporate executives to sell refining and stone removal services.
• Manage relationships with current clients and develop new business.
• Attend trade shows (3 per year, 2–3 days each).
• Collaborate with Inside Sales Representatives and Support Team.
• Plan and execute travel; after acclimation, some trip planning can be done from home.

• Minimum 3 years’ sales experience.
• Experience selling in the precious metals refining, jewelry or dental industries preferred.
• Willingness to travel (50% of time).
• Must pass background check, credit check and physical examination.

Base salary: 100,000 per year. Average commissions: 25k–30k. Benefits package includes 2+ weeks PTO, 401(k), health insurance and paid time off. Additional perks:
