As part of our team, you'll be on the front lines helping customers find the products and services that keep them connected.
- Deliver direct customer support with professionalism, enthusiasm, and product knowledge.
- Recommend Verizon wireless and FiOS products based on customer needs and lifestyle.
- Learn proven sales strategies through comprehensive in-house training.
- Work closely with teammates to hit daily goals and elevate the customer experience.
- Gain confidence in account setup, product demos, and handling service inquiries.
- Contribute to a team environment that values collaboration, positivity, and performance.
- Develop skills in leadership, communication, and telecom sales that you can build on.
