Senior Sales Manager - HVAC - New England
Reporting to the Business Development Manager - HVAC NE, this hybrid role based in Wilmington, Massachusetts covers the New England market. The Senior Sales Manager will lead long-term sales strategies, grow market share, and mentor a team of 5-8 Outside Sales Representatives/Territory Managers.
Responsibilities- Drive market share growth in identified customer groups by implementing appropriate market coverage.
- Directly lead Outside Sales in the local market and collaborate cross-customer group.
- Mentor sales team to improve gross margin and accounts receivable position.
- Manage and execute account customers, conduct business reviews, and drive central initiatives.
- Develop and execute strategies that support capability development and customer value creation.
- Staff, schedule, and train frontline sales professionals for assigned territories.
- 5+ years of sales experience with 5+ years of management experience.
- Prior knowledge of HVAC business products or programs.
- Ability to guide and train local sales leaders and associates.
- Strong focus on driving critical growth and improving performance across sales channels.
- Confident in data-driven decisions and P&L execution.
- Capable of leading smooth transitions, especially when integrating new acquisitions.
- Ability to travel throughout the New England market with occasional overnights.
Hybrid, based in Wilmington, MA. Requires travel within Massachusetts, Maine, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, and Connecticut. Pay Range:
Monthly 7,949.. Eligible for bonus or incentive plan.
