Job Details
The Inside Sales Account Manager is accountable for the account management, growth, and stability of company non-acute clients. They are also responsible to build and maintain multi-level relationships with key stakeholders and to promote and sell products and services.
- Close sales, achieving quarterly & annual growth goals as assigned
- Sources new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails, and through business networking opportunities
- Presents the Cencora Program Value via phone or Teams utilizing the Challenger Sales Methodology
- Understands customer needs and requirements, communicating with other departments as necessary to ensure appropriate program management
- Drives new client onboarding process
- Reviews all new and existing customer volume and trends to ensure growth is tracking to plan
- Provides and reviews savings reports with customers and business partners on a quarterly basis or as requested
- Documents, maintains and tracks all new and existing customer activity within the CRM
- Utilizes sales metrics to identify successes and challenges, reviewing with leadership regularly to drive improved results
- Provides customer support as required
- Actively engages in growing existing business through the positioning of additional TRIOSE solutions
- Maintains regular contact with prospects and customers
- Responds to requests from customers for information and gives online presentations
- Collaborates effectively with other AB departments for successful client management
- Remains updated and knowledgeable on changes and developments within the Cencora solutions portfolio
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent experience required
- Minimum of 3 – 5 years of experience in successful client account management and/or selling solutions and services
- Experience in region account planning and execution required
