Position: Regional Sales Manager - Industrial (Massachusetts & Rhode Island)

Role Overview

Hach Regional Sales Manager is the front‑line representative for Industrial accounts throughout the assigned territory. You are vital to our organization’s ability to deliver customer value and drive accelerated growth. You will work within a strong network of dedicated professionals who provide industry‑leading customer service and support through collaborative engagement.

Responsibilities
  • Develop territory action plans to achieve major business objectives.
  • Execute planned activities and maintain an updated and healthy funnel using Hach CRM,  (SFDC).
  • Prepare and present a monthly funnel review using SFDC to demonstrate funnel quality, activity plans, and command of the account base.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with engineering firms, system integrators, and channel partners to grow and protect market share.
  • Develop a network of customer and industry contacts throughout the assigned territory to enhance Hach’s position as a key member of the water management community.
  • Participate in sales activities including customer site visits, telephone contacts, trade seminars and shows, product demonstrations/evaluations, customer seminars, and channel management.
  • Travel approximately 50‑70% of the time, including overnight travel to support clients, attend certification training, industry seminars, and regional conferences.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience preferred.
  • Experience in the water industry preferred.
  • Hands‑on experience utilizing a CRM tool (e.g., ).
  • BA or BS required; a degree in a science‑related field such as Chemistry, Biology, Environmental Science, Engineering, or equivalent is an asset.
  • Ability to travel 50‑70% within the assigned territory or outside for training or sales events.
  • Must have a valid driver license and a Motor Vehicle report that meets company standards.
  • Maintaining the highest level of professionalism, integrity, and respect in accordance with company policies.
Compensation & Benefits

Base salary range: $90,000 – $100,000 per year (USD) with eligibility for bonus pay.
