What You'll Be Doing

You'll be out in the field, going door-to-door in your assigned neighborhoods, starting conversations with homeowners about solar, and booking them in for a consultation with one of our closers. Think of yourself as the spark that kicks off every deal we close.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Canvass assigned neighborhoods
• Introduce homeowners to solar and its benefits
• Qualify consultation interests
• Book appointments for our closing team
• Sharpen your pitch and people skills each week
• 50/50 commission split with the closer on every deal you set that closes
• $1,000 advance the moment the sale is made; no waiting for install
• $75,000-$125,000 estimated yearly earnings
• Weekly in-person training sessions to build your skills and product knowledge
• A real, defined path from Setter into a Closer role as you grow
