Role OverviewAs a Senior Field Sales Executive within the Health Language division, you will manage complex and high‑profile accounts, using your understanding of business dynamics, financial metrics, and market needs to finalize negotiations with authority, significantly contributing to our growth.
Responsibilities- Manage relationships with key and high‑value accounts.
- Negotiate intricate deals with substantial terms and conditions.
- Lead creation and execution of sales strategies for large accounts.
- Achieve and surpass revenue goals through effective sales planning.
- Understand and address the unique needs and challenges of major accounts.
- Analyze sales performance metrics to promote improvements.
- Develop tailored solutions aligned with customer needs.
- Submit comprehensive and insightful sales reports to senior management.
- Spot and leverage market opportunities to foster business growth.
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
- 7 years of experience in field sales or account management or similar roles.
- Experience in the healthcare technology sector.
- Expertise in strategic sales planning and execution.
- Skillful in managing complex negotiations.
- Proficient in nurturing and expanding high‑value customer relationships.
- Advanced analytical skills to interpret and utilize sales data effectively.
- Able to lead and mentor junior sales team members.
- In‑depth knowledge of market trends and competitive landscape.
- Ability to create and implement customized client solutions.
- Proficient in advanced sales reporting and analytics tools.

The compensation range for this role is $89,600.00 - $ USD, plus eligibility for commissions. Compensation may vary based on location, experience, and other factors.
