Sales Service Representative

Core-Mark is seeking a Sales Service Representative to support wholesale customers in the convenience retail industry. In this role, you'll manage assigned accounts, ensure timely product delivery, and execute merchandising standards for fresh food, beverages, tobacco, and other key items. You'll analyze sales reports, recommend product mixes, and identify upsell opportunities. Working closely with store managers and internal teams, you'll resolve service issues, maintain accurate orders, and support promotions.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow assigned wholesale customer accounts
• Process and verify accurate customer orders
• Coordinate and monitor timely product delivery
• Execute in-store merchandising and planogram standards
• Analyze sales reports and recommend product assortments
• Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities
• Support and track promotional programs at store level
• Resolve customer service and delivery issues promptly
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve service levels
• Maintain accurate records and communicate account status
