Property and Casualty Insurance Agent - Providence, RI

AAA Northeast is seeking an entry-level Property and Casualty Insurance Agent to help customers understand and select insurance coverage that fits their needs. This full-time hybrid sales role is ideal for customer-facing professionals from retail, restaurant, call center, or service environments who want consistent hours, paid licensing and training, uncapped commission potential, and a long-term career with a trusted insurance brand.

• Help customers identify appropriate property and casualty insurance coverage for their needs.
• Provide clear, easy-to-understand insurance quotes, coverage options, and guidance.
• Follow up with warm leads, referrals, and prospective customers.
• Build trusted customer relationships and develop a personal client base.
• Use training, coaching, and sales tools to meet individual performance and sales goals.
• Deliver a helpful, professional customer experience that reflects AAA's commitment to member service and trust.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Customer-facing experience in retail, restaurants, hospitality, call centers, or a similar service environment.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Motivation to build a sales career with performance-based commission potential.
• Coachable mindset and willingness to learn insurance products, sales practices, and licensing requirements.
• Ability to work a scheduled Sunday through Thursday or Tuesday through Saturday shift after training.
• Ability to work in the office three days per week.

• Hourly base pay of $23.75 to $27.40 per hour, plus uncapped commissions.
