Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with hospital personnel and/or emergency responders as needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and/or policy violations;
Monitor access points and help to deter unauthorized entry, disruptive behavior, and/or trespassing while maintaining a professional presence;
Document incidents, observations, and security-related concerns in a timely manner and report notable activity to site leadership and/or Allied Universal management
