Response Security Officer

Garda World Security Services is now hiring a Response Security Officer to work as a special response/flex security guard. This role requires the ability to adapt from one mission to the next in a dynamic environment.

• Schedule:
  
  No set schedule - storm coverage, weekend, overnight shifts, on-call/per diem availability
• Competitive hourly wage: $25 (Daily Pay available for Garda World employees)

• Monitor premises to ensure security
• Conduct patrols to spot suspicious activity
• Control access points and verify identities
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining security
• Write detailed reports on events and incidents
• Collaborate with authorities during serious situations
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

• Authorized to work in the United States
• High school diploma or GED (documentation required)
• Pass all required screening processes
• Quick thinking and adaptability in changing situations
• Responsive and strong problem-solving skills
• Prior security, military, or law-enforcement experience is a plus
• State license if required
