Maintenance Technician / Mechanic, Installation Technician

Perfect opportunity for someone that is mechanically inclined, especially automotive or HVAC technicians looking for a different work experience. Training will be provided, including hands‑on and manufacturer‑supported instruction. With minimal assistance and supervision, perform service on all air compressor systems and accessories. Duties include install, troubleshoot, repair, maintain and rebuild of air compressors and related systems following established practices and procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Assist senior technicians with servicing and repairing air compressors and related equipment
- Perform basic preventive maintenance tasks (oil changes, filter replacement, inspections)
- Learn to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues
- Help with installation of compressors, dryers, filters, and air piping
- Use hand tools and diagnostic equipment safely and correctly
- Maintain accurate service documentation and job records
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, shop, and service vehicle
- High school diploma or GED
- Basic mechanical aptitude (hands‑on experience preferred but not required)
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions
- Ability to work in industrial environments
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
- Trade school, vocational training, or mechanical coursework
- Experience with basic electrical systems
- Familiarity with hand and power tools
- Previous work in HVAC, automotive, maintenance, or industrial settings

- Work is performed at customer facilities such as manufacturing plants and warehouses. Overtime or emergency service calls may be required. Be available for twenty‑four hour on‑call on a regular rotating basis
