Field Service Technician I – Responsible for delivering maintenance and support for Canon products, ensuring customer satisfaction and service standards.

• Report product failure trends and serviceability issues to the manager.
• Provide efficient, responsive field and shop maintenance to meet customer demands.
• Maintain all technical information, field service reports, expense reports, and Canon property.
• Showcase strong customer communication and satisfaction skills.
• Maintain performance of assigned machines.
• Facilitate performance to help achieve branch/district metric targets.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic understanding of internet environments; ability to complete the 120‑day introductory period and PDIF class.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record; willing to travel.
• Ability to obtain necessary security and customer clearances.
• Capable of lifting 50 pounds and active >50% of the time (walking, standing, stooping/kneeling).
• Compliance with customer policies, including COVID‑19 vaccination or related measures.

Hourly rate: $19.00 – $26.31
