Summary
Process incoming telephone calls and outgoing calls via an electronic console. Dispatch reports on failures and troubles in communication systems/network. Obtain pertinent information for messages to medical staff and on‑call physicians. Locate on‑call and in‑house medical and hospital staff members using various communication systems.
EducationHigh school graduate or equivalent. Some formalized business training preferred.
ExperienceMinimum of two years’ experience in telecommunications and console operations. Knowledge of Williams Communications and Microsoft Office preferred. Experience in hospital communications desirable.
