Job Overview

Weatherization/Insulation Installer – responsible for installing blown‑in cellulose, fiberglass, foam air sealing, baffle vents in attics, and rigid foam board, ensuring compliance with industry standards, OSHA, and safety practices.

• Install blown‑in cellulose, fiberglass, and foam air sealing materials.
• Install baffle vents in attics and rigid foam board.
• Operate in tight confined spaces such as knee walls, attics, and crawlspaces.
• Work safely in extreme temperatures and on ladders.
• Collaborate with crew members and assist in potential future crew‑chief leadership.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, OSHA, and safety work practices.
• Maintain dependability and responsibility on all assignments.
• Provide a valid driver’s license and vehicle and pass a background test.
• Work full‑time hours with flexible location and schedule.
• Observe specific paid holidays and paid sick time.
