Supermarket Rack Refrigeration HVAC Technician

Walmart is seeking a Supermarket Rack Refrigeration HVAC Technician to support and oversee the repair of facility refrigeration HVAC equipment. The successful candidate will use commercial HVAC and refrigeration skills with hand tools, digital tools, and power tools.

• 2 years' experience in commercial refrigeration HVAC maintenance.
• Type I/Type II or Universal EPA Certification for refrigerant handling.
• Valid state‑issued driver’s license and clean driving record.
• 18 years or older with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Large‑scale rack refrigeration experience (preferred).

• Maintain and repair Walmart facility’s refrigeration HVAC equipment using commercial HVAC/refrigeration skills and required tools.
• Use the work order management system to receive and document repair work orders for stores and associates.
• Inspect, operate, and test facilities, equipment, or fixtures to diagnose issues.
• Provide prompt response to emergency maintenance calls.
• Complete all required training and ensure safe operation of equipment.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations.
• Lift up to 75 pounds, work at heights, and use ladders as needed.
